You can delete part or all of your RemoCam data yourself, at any time, without contacting support.
This deletes that camera's configuration, its viewing grants, and its signaling records immediately, and any cloud clips it recorded are removed by the next retention sweep.
On the device acting as a camera, choose Unpair camera on the camera duty screen. That device's identity is revoked and it can no longer connect to your account.
Email support@remo.cam replace with your support address from the address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account. Deletion completes within 30 days and we confirm by email when it is done.
Billing and tax records are retained for the period that accounting and tax law requires, even after account deletion. They contain the subscription and payment history — never your video, clips, or camera contents. Backups are purged on their normal rotation.
Want a copy first? Email the same address and ask for an export, and we will send your account and camera data within 30 days. Cloud clips can be downloaded from the app while the subscription — or its 72-hour export window — is still active.
