Get RemoCam on every device.
One account, the same cameras everywhere. The apps add what a browser tab cannot: a tray or menu bar presence, start at login, background camera duty, and native camera permissions.
Every platform
Desktop links go straight to the newest installer. Builds are unsigned for now: on macOS, right-click the app and choose Open the first time; on Linux, mark the AppImage executable.
-
iPhone & iPad
Native app with Sign in with Apple, background audio alerts, and the same viewer and camera modes as the web.
-
Android
The Google Play listing is in review. Until then, open the web app in Chrome and choose Add to Home screen; it runs full-screen with camera and viewer modes.
-
macOS
macOS 11 or later. Lives in the menu bar and can keep a Mac awake as a camera.
-
Windows
Windows 10 or later. Sits in the system tray and can start with Windows.
-
Linux
x64 and ARM64. The AppImage updates itself; deb and rpm packages update through your package manager.
-
Any browser
Nothing to install. Works on iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and every desktop, and installs to the home screen or dock as a web app.
Desktop builds are published on GitHub Releases and update themselves.
After installing
Sign in with the same Google or Apple account on the device that will be the camera and on the one you will watch from. Cameras appear within seconds; the three-step setup covers the rest, and support@remo.cam is there if something does not work.
